Begin scheduling your formal observations. Hee is the Observation schedule.

Your assessing administrator will commnicate with you.
 

School Improvement Goals

  • Increase 3 percentage points in every school grade category

  • Focus on Tier 1 instruction

  • Build capacity with our SWD towards proficiency.

  • Continue to build a positive school culture through our core values: Integrity, Respect, Persevrance, and Unity.

Instructional Strategies

F. I. R. E. — be Fierce, Intentional, make it Relevant, and create an Experience that deepens learning.

Focusing our Collaborative Planning:
  • Come Prepared with an understanding of the standard
  • What is the standard asking of the students? What do they need to be able to do/know?
  • Break it down into daily Targets with an end goal.
  • How will we know they understand? If they don't, what's the next step? If they do, how do we extend the learning to challenge, not to keep busy. (crossword puzzles are not acceptable activities to deepen understanding)

Message of the Week

Procedures Procedures Procedures

This week let's be intetional. Take the time to review policies and procedures. Go back to August. Reiterate our core values: Integrity, Resepct, Perservance, and Unity. What is the expecation? The mistake I want us to avoid iis diving back into insturction immediately. DO NOT DO THAT. I strongly reccommend reviewing content, play academic games to support concepts that were coverd, etc... Let this week be light hearted as you practice policies and procedures and slowly bringing in instruction.
