Principal’s Message
The Year of Evolution.
A smiling man in a gray suit and patterned tie poses for a portrait.

It is with great pride that I welcome you to The Mighty Union Park Middle School. I am truly thrilled and honored to lead and serve this incredible school community as we work together to achieve academic excellence and provide an enriching educational experience for every student.

Our talented and dedicated staff remains committed to upholding our school’s aphorism: Every Day! Every Student! Every Step… Closer to Greatness!
Together, we will empower our students with the skills they need to succeed while fostering collaboration, responsibility, and a strong sense of community.

As we step into this new season, we will continue to center our work around our Core Values: Integrity, Respect, Perseverance, and Unity. These four pillars will guide us as we strive for growth, excellence, and a learning environment where every student can thrive.

Achieving our shared goal of student success requires the commitment and involvement of all our stakeholders—students, families, teachers, support staff, administrators, and our broader community. Your partnership makes all the difference, and I encourage you to consider joining our PTSA and/or School Advisory Council to stay engaged and help support the great work happening on our campus.

I am truly looking forward to the journey ahead. Let’s make this an outstanding school year—one filled with growth, achievement, and unforgettable moments.

Our best days are ahead of us.

With Union Park Pride,
Aski-Melik Brown
