Scholastic Academies are specialized educational pathways within Orange County Public Schools that offer students unique learning experiences focused on specific themes such as STEM, the arts, business, tourism, marine science, esports, and more. The Scholastic Academy Application is open from October 13 through December 19.

It is with great pride that I welcome you to The Mighty Union Park Middle School. I am truly thrilled and honored to have the opportunity to lead and serve our school community in striving for academic excellence and providing a truly enriching educational experience for our students.

Our talented and dedicated staff is committed to upholding our motto: Every Day! Every Student! Every Step… Closer to Greatness! Together, we will work to empower our students with the skills they need to succeed, encourage collaboration, responsibility, and a strong sense of community.

As we step into this new season, our focus will be on fostering our core values: Integrity, Respect, Perseverance, and Unity. These four pillars will serve as our guide as we strive for growth and excellence.

Achieving our goal of student success will require the support and involvement of all our stakeholders: students, parents, teachers, support staff, school administration, and our entire community. Together, we can make this goal a reality. Consider being a part of our PTSA and/or our School Advisory Council.

I am looking forward to embarking on this exciting journey together. Let’s make this academic year one to remember. Our best days are ahead of us.
